Morrison's English Sparkling is a blend of the exact same grapes used to make Bollinger, and is of course made using the Champagne method. It's also been aged for an impressive 8 years, giving it a richness and depth that all Bolly lovers dream of. Apples, pears, lemons, shortbread, pastries and toasted almonds - it's complex and refreshing with a long finish..delicious!!
